Max2100 Exhauster and Cyclone unit - is the unit generally placed outside the print room area (can be placed inside the print room area) and connected to the Max2100S DIGI VAC and or the Max2100 printer exhaust hoods by a network of tubing.

Main Functions:
  • Generates the airflow to effectively clean the paper web for single or multiple Max2100S units and printer exhaust hoods.
  • Generates the airflow to remove printer heat and toner residue emitting from the fusing station.
  • Collects the paper dust and chad for easy disposal and safe disposal.
  • Filters the exhausted air through a dual charcoal impregnated HEPA filter system.
  • Cyclone bypass system assures no drop in vacuum over time as seen in direct pull vacuum systems.

    Note: depending on floor space the exhauster and cyclone can be as far as 8 ft away from each other.
