I just wanted to thank you for the great work MTT did in addressing the excess toner and paper dust in our print room. After looking into what several companies had to offer in extracting toner and paper dust I could not be happier with our decision to go with MTT.

Since the install in of your equipment on our Xerox and IBM printers along with the web cleaner on the Roll System unwinders the print room's air quality has greatly improved. The amount of paper dust and the toner exhaust odor has been reduced significantly. The printers require less down time for maintenance, service calls and vacuuming of dust which has translated into higher production/throughput rates by our operators.

The operators also thank you as they no longer need to place a piece of paper over their coffee cups to keep the dust out while working!

Your equipment has proven to be reliable, non-intrusive and aesthetically pleasing as I have received many compliments and surprised looks from visitors who didn't realize your equipment was not part of the printer itself!

"Just a note to let you know how well the MTT Max 2100 PH Toner Extraction hoods are doing. As you know with the eight (8) Oce print duplexes in our shop, a lot of activity takes place around the clock, especially during our month-end period. Prior to getting the Max 2100 system, there was the presence of an odor that can only be found in a large print site. With all of the tours we conduct here, it was necessary to find a way to filter our air and remove any trace of toner particles.

After observing your system at a prior XPLOR show, it seemed to be the right solution for our problem.

Your site planner and installers came out and we designed the best setup and route of air flow to the Cyclone collection units in a matter of hours.

Almost immediately, we began to notice that the air quality was improving and continued to get better on a daily basis. After a two-week period, we could not detect an odor in the shop.

This unit requires very little maintenance or effort on our part to continue to do the job for us. I always ask the people that I take on tours if they happened to notice a unique "print" smell, and the answer is always no.

I would recommend this unit to anyone who has a Print Shop and needs to consider the staff's health as well as removing the odor from their department."

"I wanted to thank Maximum Throughput Tech, Inc. for the excellent job they did with the sale and installation of the Max2100 Centurion Web Cleaning System with Static Elimination.
We have over the last year been able to keep our Oce Demand Stream 8080 printer running at very high throughput levels, with I feel superior print quality under all types of conditions.
Your claim to increase throughput and eliminate static from the web at the point of printing is absolutely true. I have been able to match or exceed my customer's expectations for quality and turn around time, which is my biggest concern at a Print on Demand shop at the high speeds of Oce Printers.
